ALCIS2 Teachers' Questionnaire

The purpose of this questionnaire is to find out what you think of the teaching materials that have been distributed as part of the Action Learning for Children in Schools (ALCIS) project, and the impact you think they have had on your students’ levels of physical activity.

Your answers are of great value, as they will help us to understand how this pedagogical tool can be improved.

We thank you very much for participating in the ALCIS project, and for taking 15 minutes to answer our questions!
